Who is this for?
This course is for those who want to develop into the entire package for a successful rise in corporate America. They want know how to get that next promotion and be confident that they will step into their new duties with the soft skills that executives are looking for.
Who is it not for?
It is not for the faint of heart. I will be telling you the truth of what it takes to succeed without a lot of fluff. It’s not for those looking for excuses about why they can’t succeed or how others are getting in the way. And it’s not for those who are not willing to put in the work to improve themselves.
I don't have fancy degrees.
A good degree from a great university always gives you an easier entry in the door. But that is all it does, give you a chance to be seen and heard. After that, you need all of the soft skills that companies are looking for. Someone with no degree and those abilities will outpace everyone else.
Didn't we learn this in school?
There are soft skills and then there are the technical requirements for the job. School taught how to do the job functions, but not the mindset and focus you need to move ahead. they also don’t give you the practical management tools that you need to succeed.
Can I start over in a new industry?
